gdb.base/watchpoint-unaligned.exp

PowerPC seems to always align watched area + hit area to 8 bytes aligned
boundaries. Therefore producing many false positives.

Some PowerPC machines have only 1 hardware watchpoint register.

Also ARM32 machines have only 1 hardware watchpoint register.
